Belinda Bentley
Director
Belinda is a respected property development professional specialising in complex transactions, portfolios and developments up to A$1.5b. Belinda is a Non-Executive Director of Link Wentworth Housing, one of Australia’s largest community housing providers. Belinda is the recipient of the UDIA National and NSW Women in Leadership Awards, NAWIC NSW Business Woman of the Year Award, 40 under 40 Most Influential Asian-Australian Award Entrepreneurship Category Winner and the UTS Faculty of Design, Architecture and Building Alumni Award. Belinda holds a number of industry positions including ULI Asia Pacific’s Housing Council and Executive Council Leadership Committee.
Michael Radovnikovic
Director
Michael has spent almost 20 years in the property development industry as a generalist problem solver with private, not-for-profit and publicly listed companies. Michael has lead high performing project teams creating intrinsic asset value across many sectors. An appointed member of the UDIA NSW Land Development committee, Michael was recognised by UDIA NSW for his contribution to the sector in 2011 and 2019. A film buff, Michael is a Non-Executive Director of Documentary Australia Foundation.
